The short version
- You buy a license key for one person. Please don't share or resell it.
- The apps you build are yours to use, for yourself, your family or your small business.
- All sales are final. Steps 1 to 4 are free, so try it first.
These terms cover your use of Make It Appy at makeitappy.pages.dev and the apps you build with it. Make It Appy is run by Elite Brand, MB, a company registered in Lithuania ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying Make It Appy, you agree to these terms.
01What you buy
Make It Appy is a digital product. Your purchase gives you a license key. When you enter the key on this site, it opens the paid parts of the builder: downloading your app, the build messages, the fix-it messages and, if you bought it, the Full App Library. There is no subscription.
02Payment
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, adds any sales tax and emails your receipt and license key. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
03Your license
- Your key is for you. One person may use it, on their own devices.
- Please don't share, post or resell your key, and don't resell or copy the builder, its app list or its messages as your own product.
- The apps you build are yours to use, for yourself, your family or your own small business.
- If a key is shared publicly or used against these terms, we may turn it off.
04Your apps and your data
The apps you download save entries on the phone or computer they run on. We can't see them and can't recover them. Use Download backup in your app before you switch phones or clear your browser. You choose where you put your app online (for example your own free Cloudflare account) and you're responsible for that account.
05Tools from other companies
Make It Appy gives you messages to use in tools like Lovable or Claude, and steps for hosts like Cloudflare. Those tools are run by other companies, with their own terms and prices. We don't control them, and their menus and plans can change.
06Health apps
Some apps help you write down health information, such as shot days or blood sugar readings. They only store what you type. They don't give medical advice, diagnose anything or replace your doctor. Follow your doctor's plan.
07Refunds
Make It Appy is a digital product that opens right away, so all sales are final. See our Refund Policy.
08No guarantees
We work hard to keep Make It Appy working, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that an app will fit every need. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us.
09Changes
We may update the site, the app list and these terms. When we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. The version in place when you bought still covers that purchase.
